For you lunch, you can figure out healthy diet plans that includes half tin of beans that are baked on wholegrain toast. Tinned Tuna, Tinned Sweet corn and boiled Pasta. Include chicken/ turkey breast and sandwich; however try to avoid putting a lot sauce or mayonnaise. Add homemade salad-add tuna, prawns or chicken breast so as to give it a bit of substance than just eating a bowl of vegetables. Lastly, include noodles. All this will make a healthy lunch meal for you.  Ensure that you take the right quantity to avoid causing harm to your body.
